So, let me get this straight..

You know, I agree you are quick to form and express an opinion, but try as you might I think you come up short on informing yourself before you do. For instance, when you say..

Feral cats proliferate solely because people keep letting them proliferate..

It leave ones scratching their head, and asking themselves which planet does that chick live on? As if life were so simple.. all tied up in a little bow, fuck the nuance, right? Who needs to bother with becoming informed when just blurting out opinions, without regard to their veracity, is just so much more fun.. and easier to boot.

Sheesh, not only do I think of your stance on this issue as heartless, I also think you’re so uninformed as to be some stupid haole just off the boat. Seriously, you have no idea how folks have been trying to address this over what is obviously a far longer period of time than you've thus far comprehended. But hey, it’s been that way on every issue you have stuck your two cents in since you first got here.. and yet instead of realizing it you blunder blissfully on.. my goodness gracious you know better than the rest of ‘em, for sure!

Thousands of folks over so many years have run all sorts of efforts to address the issue, and it is clearly the continuous adding to the feral cat population by people who are willing to heartlessly abandon animals that is the problem. For the most part the program has been, at least since the ‘90s, to sterilize and maintain in place our feral cat population. They are not indiscriminately breeding. They are monitored, and fed, and sterile. The problem is the people that think when they personally are done with an animal they can abandon it. Oh dear we’ll leave kitty at the dump and some nice person will adopt her. Or oh my kitty had a litter what will we do? I know, let's drop them off somewhere where others can pick them up.

But no… you.. seemingly.. think you’re American dream doesn’t require you to understand what is happening around you.. you’re free to invent any ol’ illusion you want.. and let the rest take the hindmost.. it sure is a shame we’re killing the planet to support such folly.

As I said.. and besides the Humane Society.. there have been.. are all sorts of efforts..
