My sincere apologies for the delayed response to your very reasonable interrogative TomK. The situation is complicated and great diplomacy is required because when I wrote that post, I failed to recall that kalianna has you on her naughty list and thus I have placed us us all in an awkward position to say the least. I'm hoping that the Christmas Spirit will guide us all to an amicable outcome.  Further complicating matters is the reality that I am not completey sure what kalianna was hoping to convey with her post which by the way I feel fairly confident had nothing to do with you.  At first blush, it seemed that she was referring to a photo in the article (comment below) and is complementing the "dudes/Boys" in the photo for the appropriateness of their attire for what appears to be a Pride event but again I'm not positive of that and asking her to clarify, at this point, with you now involved would be bad form. Finally, the dragging you in part, which is entirely my fault, was because I was hoping that you could clear some of this up since the article is from the BBC with nuances that you might perhaps be better equipped to elucidate for the community.  In retrospect, I wish I would have never posted that post and I hope to be forgiven by all involved. Merry Christmas.

Iʻm wondering if the pic of the dudes in duds might be the Proud Boys, who have appropriated Aloha shirts. No pics of Hawaiians available?
