As anyone is, the plaintiff is entitled to file any lawsuit they desire.

However, and to be really clear, her lawsuit also specifies “reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and other expenses of litigation.”

When representing oneself, "In pro per" (or also “pro se") very rarely, if ever can that person be able to collect attorneys’ fees – even if they are an attorney, and generally, when one represents themselves and adds attorneys’ fees to the list of demands, the judge does not look upon that favorably and will often times issue a flat out rebuke to the pro se litigant over such demands - and will be especially peeved if the person representing themself is indeed an attorney.

That being said, and not to cause any perceived argument, but there is a saying about the type of client a person who represents themselves has…
