Roads Are Easements Not Planned Communities Or HOAs

The moderators will not allow any more posts about the original subject.

My opinion is that 421J applies to HPPOA and when fully implemented will end these law suits.

I was banned from the 3.1k Facebook group by the admin who took exception to me posting court information about a former HPPOA board member who was a friend of the admin.

I am now finished with this entire subject and await the upcoming trial which will be a year of two from now.

"The top two HPPOA Board members Failure to perform their fiduciary duty."

Are you a judge ?
Interesting I've never had any problems with the 8.4k site and its unfortunate that you are banned on the 3.1k site. Now I understand and see why you are only posting on the 51 member site of Patricia's. You are entitled to your opinion about 421J ending these lawsuits, but as I pointed out to you in your previous posts both on the 51 member site and here, 421J is just a part of the lawsuit so NO it will not end these lawsuits as you think it will. And if your interpretation or someone has told you that they are incorrect. The lawsuit INCLUDES 421J and the other things spelled out to you above in your original post and will still part of the lawsuit even if 421J is resolved by the Judge/Jury. Also it has no bearing on a Federal lawsuit...

NO I AM NOT A JUDGE and I am not quite sure why you think that matters. I am only providing accurate, verifiable information that is included in the original Court filing and additional filings from HPPOA's Attorneys and the other parties. All of this information is fully accessible on the eCourt Hawaii State judiciary website accessible by anyone. This information is all available for a fee and that is why I post them most of the time so that others don't need to spend their own money. The Watumull's absolutely do not care about anything to do with 412J. As I've explained to you should 421J be settled it does NOT STOP the lawsuits as the other parts and those that are party to the lawsuit are still actively involved in the remaining parts of the lawsuit This is all moving through the Court system and YES there is the SCHEDULING MEETING scheduled for February 14, 2025 now that the Watamulls are involved in the lawsuit and that is specifically why the original Settlement Conference that was originally set for January 10, 2025 was extended to allow the Watamulls to become involved.

But again you are entitled to believe what you want to believe, but good luck in that holding true.
