The only thing about M2 that concerns me is that they do not always seem to "play fair."

Sometimes there is a cop on the side of the road when you’re driving 15 mph over the speed limit.
Sometimes there’s not.

Fair enough. 

Sometimes there is a cop that witnesses a break-in. Sometimes there's not. But if the cop is presented with facts and enough evidence (even after the fact) an arrest can still be made.
