No the road fees are minuscule for everything that is done. An office with friendly employees, GM, road crew, club house main roads etc.

Why do you insist on cramming your version of the history of Puna subdivisions down the throats of people who have lived here through that history 1st hand.
Anyone moving to Puna can use a Google search and find out anything they need to know. Even Punaweb has a search and if you just search for HPP, you will come up with hundreds of topics but the history is mostly no longer relevant .
I also have told you that you are missing a big part of the Puna subdivisions and you blew me off.
The drug culture greatly defined some of the subdivisions and it's not really found in any records of the time.
