The parcels are not "shared spaces."
The parcels are owned by HPPOA (the corporation). HPP Owners have no vested interest in them. This is how HPPOA can place "no trespassing signs" to keep owners off of HPPOA property. And why they can charge HPP owners for use of the clubhouse.
