"Here is the January 2025 edition of "The Conch" - which means it's being published."
A couple of things...
One, the Conch is not just supposed to be published whenever HPPOA gets to it. There is a schedule.
Two, if you look at the past Conch that are posted on the website, you will see the gaps in YEARS
Three, the recent Conch is a "nice spread." But the Conch is not just supposed to be about feel-good, all-good stories. The Conch is supposed to educate and inform. So, think good, bad, and ugly.
There is no mention of lawsuits or updates.
There is no mention that HPPOA forgot to pay their water contract, so now are looking into (very expensive options) in order to fulfill their need to water roads to control fugitive dust.
There is no mention that the clubhouse is going to require a lot of structural work that will probably exceed a quarter of a million dollars.
Should I go on?
The Conch you posted has JUST been made available. And again, while it is a "nice spread" and a good sell? That is not its sole purpose. It is not a church bulletin.
