"I admit, sitting back and criticizing everything (and for some, suing) that the past and current Board is doing is quite an easy out versus rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty with the real work."
Seriously? Like I have never been asked or answered this question before.
Once more...
But before I answer your question (a question I have already answered) let me make this clear:
I have been VERY involved in HPPOA- put in A LOT of time and "rolled up my sleeves" on MANY occasions I have worked on and chaired committees, attended meetings, put together agendas, chaired owner/member meetings, acted as a liason between the board, the County and others regarding owner/member issues. I have done research for the board. I have donated, A LOT of time, money, and personal resources. The list of "sleeve rolling" is EXTENSIVE.
However, at this time, I will not involve myself with a board that does not believe in following rules and law and, because of this, has managed to land themselves in several lawsuits.
At this time, I am free to offer my research, time, and personal resources, etc., to whomever I choose. I am not in any way obligated to the HPPOA board. And the board can not tell me what I can and can not do. Which at this time would be exactly what would happen.
"That’s never been edited out. See #216 page 22.
None of your comments on this thread have been edited. The only edits on your posts have been to shorten the quotes from other people that you replied to."
Thank you, M2. I can understand the reasoning for doing that. Though sometimes, depending on what has been edited, the conversations can become confusing. Context means a lot.
Appreciate your response.
