As for telling people they are not required to pay their road fee money (collected by HPPOA) until the LAST DAY OF MARCH- yes, I did bold that. It's called advertising. Something HPPOA does not really want to do. Which seems odd... Because it should not financially hurt them at all if HPP Owners WAIT UNTIL THE LAST DAY to pay their road fees, seeing as the money being collected is for the NEXT FISCAL YEAR which starts in July.
