Not to people who know what they're talking about or are willing to listen to how accounting procedures work.
Seeing in that you have no desire to discuss anything I've presented, other to just repeat, yet again, over and over the same basic talking points as well as what's printed on each HPP road dues statement, I see no other point in trying to get you to discuss anything, especially after the page after page BEGGING discussion, but I will close with this response to your statement of and I quote:
"That said, I don't have time to write a novella for you."
I find that shocking to say the least, but somehow, I expect that one day, people will eventually be reading your "manifesto."
I am also sure you will "requote" your reply above to add something more, but not a novella!
