I for one would like for you to explain how the operations of HPPOA are affected or are in any in any way, shape or form helped or hindered by the day of the week, month or year ANY resident pays their road fees invoice, outside of incurring late fees, if not paid on or before the due date.
Where is this question coming from? Did I ever say that paying road fees to HPPOA before the due date "helped or hindered" HPPOA?
What I said was that if HPP Owners needed to take their time, the road fees are not due until the last day of March. And that if HPP Owners wanted to wait until the last day of March, that should not be a problem for HPPOA, seeing as their new fiscal year does not begin until July.
