Roads Are Easements Not Planned Communities Or HOAs

I drove down many miles of roads and their easements in HPP over the last week.  I have friends visiting from the mainland and not once did I hear them complain about HPP roads.  On the way back from Hilo on Thursday afternoon the power was out at the Shower Drive stop lights.  Everyone from every direction pulled up to the intersection, stopped, waited for the next person to move forward or turn.  No police, just common courtesy.  

Somehow it all works to take us where we want to go.  For only $430.
