Roads Are Easements Not Planned Communities Or HOAs
(02-01-2025, 07:36 PM)Patricia Wrote: Eh, snark on. In 3 plus years of HPPOA politics I've seen it all. And in 40 plus years substandard subdivision owners have seen WAY more. They are tired of WAITING.

HPP Owners, you will not incur any late fees if your road fees are paid before 4/1 AND the HPPOA treasurer has to give the monthly treasurer's  report- meaning HPPOA has to disclose how much they are receiving every month in accounts receivable. So...

And to all you other dissatisfied substandard subdivision owners, I encourage you to find out when your road fees are due, and when the absolute LAST DAY to pay them is.

OK, class, turn, once again, to page 1 of "Accrual Basis of Accounting for Dummies"

The treasure reports each month what they received in "CASH." "Accounts Receivable" went out in the mail in what is the invoice each resident should have received by now and further, was booked as "Revenue" in the fiscal month of January 2025.

And further class, we have discussed this at quite some length, but some still don't get it, but the date "CASH" is received is an irrelevant matter to the financial operations of the Association. Also, class as we have further discussed, when managing YOUR cash flows, it is a very prudent on your behalf, to pay your personal bills as close to or on the date due, thus maximizing YOUR earning potential.

(Copy of old Court Order not allowing foreclosure against delinquent property owners)

I don't know what sparked this piece of "information" but what point is there?

Is HPPOA involved in any attempts to foreclose on anyone's property for delinquent road fees?

So, once again, outside of this being more "hype" what point is there in bringing this up?

I’m thinking of buying a flying car when they become available.
Does anyone know on how I can opt out of HPP road maintenance fees, since I will no longer need easements, roads, etc? Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Only thing that comes to mind, is a lawsuit. Against an illegal Board forcing their illegal compliance with illegal by-laws by a cabal of illegal corrupt directors and officers, which you must also sue individually as well as in their official capacity.

And good luck! Fly by and take Barney and me for a spin some day!
