(Copy of old Court Order not allowing foreclosure against delinquent property owners)
I don't know what sparked this piece of "information" but what point is there?
Is HPPOA involved in any attempts to foreclose on anyone's property for delinquent road fees?
So, once again, outside of this being more "hype" what point is there in bringing this up?
The point of bringing it up is that it is just one of many docs that past HPPOA boards have destroyed.
The point of bringing it up is that it is just one piece of court ordered info that HPPOA "forgets" to share with HPP Owners (kind of like not telling HPP Owners they are not required to be members).
The point of bringing it up is that the "old court orders" (plural) still stand. And that particular order I shared is just one of several.
The point of bringing it up is that the "old court orders," which HPPOA has tossed out STILL apply. Even though, seemingly, HPPOA believes that by destroying/ignoring the "old court orders" they no longer apply. But as the "old court orders" have never been over-turned, they are, as such, STILL valid.
The whole point of bringing it up being that if you are going to engage in any kind of educated/informed dialogue, regarding the HPPOA board's overreach and non-compliance of court orders (plural) then you should probably research and read those "old court orders."
