There is very little, probably nothing new about HPP roads posted in the last 40 pages.
Patricia, I would ask if you really want to keep this topic relevant, to read any comments you are about to post, consider whether it has been said before, use the Punaweb search feature if necessary, and if it’s nothing new, don’t post. It’s not going to further your crusade. It mostly has the reverse effect.
Case in point - I will definitely pay my road bill before the last day it is due. If for no other reason than to offset the handful of people who might wait until the last day as some kind of protest.
