Also when you are finished explaining it with historical documents, court cases or even one fact, this subject will be dead and the subject should be locked. Of course since it was your opinion to begin with, it can't be explained using the guidelines that you have set forth for any of us to dispute anything you say.
Could you also explain how withholding road fees until the deadline to pay can be a silent protest when you have stated over and over that you aren't going to pay until the due date ? That's not a silent protest.
