Roads Are Easements Not Planned Communities Or HOAs
"what a better way to have a huge amount of money all in one place at one time and knowing about it. I wonder, how much do you think would be in cash?"

As I said, I don't believe in conspiracy theories, and I doubt there would be that much cash. Seriously? How many are just going to hand HPPOA cash? Checks maybe. But most I talk to are going to bite the bullet, pay by card, and cough up the $13.05 "convenience fee."

In addition, how more likely is it that if someone is going to try to steal cash, they would wait in hiding to jump individual HPP owners and separate them from their $435? That's usually what happens at the ATMs in Hilo. (One of the reasons I am not big on cash transactions.)

When our 15 year old granddaughter came to visit, we took her and her friend touring and ended the day with a nice dinner and never ONCE talked about HPPOA politics or PW. You should try it.
