To clear things up a bit.

Paddleman is Patricia's source and he fed her the document this afternoon.
She posted it here and I read it about 2 hours later.
I immediately went to ECourt to get the straight story and several more documents had been posted that presented HPPOA's side of the story.
I'm not going to post them here because it's about 14 pages.

It's all preliminary lawyer stuff.

Interesting opinion. Do you have the proof to back up your accusation/claim about ME or just guessing again as usual? Great you read it about 2 hours after she posted it and went on eCourt*Kokua site to get the real story and to educate yourself. Basically the same information has already filed by HPPOA in their original filing to drag the Watumull's into the lawsuit. Yes you are correct about the additional postings and by the way there is a third one that was posted yesterday evening after you went on the Court website just an fyi. Wait a minute didn't you say in your earlier post #6 in this thread that "quote" "I don't have a computer that allows me to copy and post PDF files". So which is it you can post them and choose NOT to because they are about 14 pages or you Can't because of your computer'? And yes it is all preliminary lawyer stuff as usual in filings/documents to the Court, most people already know that.
