Be Carefull What You Wish For (update on HPPOA lawsuit)
#28
Look... Some, it seems to me, are twisting and getting nasty about this thread probably just because I am the person who put it up.

There is NO piece-mealing info here. No snippets. And I do not want to argue with a handful of people who really arent interesred in this thread as much as they are in shutting it down and shutting me up.

This thread is titled, Be careful what you wish for. The thread was given that title because, as the history I have read and the docs I have read, and the transcripts I have read have said, PHH (now HPPOA) wanted the deed restrictions placed on the lands that were quitclaimed to them from Watumull. Watumull did not twist their arm. He did not deceive them. And he did not coerce them. PHH (now HPPOA) were given EXACTLY what they want.

HPPOA blaming others for breaking restrictions their predecessors fought for and INTENTIONALLY made sure were documented and court approved, is an interesting move. PHH (now HPPOA) got exactly what they wished for (land with deed restrictions that THEY wanted) and now, because they want something else, they are going to try to rewrite history, stamp their feet, and blame everyone else to try to get their way.

This thread is about the deed restrictions and what the WATUMULLS feel about them (no deceit, no coercion). If others would like to read ALL the other newly filed docs, I will post them later on my website. They are long. If others want to post them here, more power to you.

BUT this ridiculous back and forth and flinging accusations and videos, and whatever else, is totally unnecessary. As I said, in the beginning- just DON'T respond. Read, don't read, and scroll on. You have that choice. Allow others the choice to do the same. It's that simple.
