Congrats Governor Josh Green on winning 7th place for fiscal policy

At least Green did not come in 49th or 50th place. Sorry that he had to deal with the Maui fire in his first term. That would have crushed other governors. The rest of the U.S. is going to have to respond to other disasters with uncertain Federal support, as the full faith and credit of the nation could technically collapse in the next several years. Usually a crisis is supposed to pull a country together, but we could be tearing each other apart.
