Digital Airline Agriculture Forms

I boarded Delta flight 837 this morning flying from ATL to HNL. They were trying out the new digital Agricultural Forms. Several paper sheets with a QR Code to access the Ag Form were available for passengers to scan at the gate before boarding the flight. It was initially announced that you needed to fill out the form before you would be allowed to board. (Yeah...right) After everyone was boarded and before take off, flight attendants walked the aisles to offer passengers another opportunity to fill out the forms.

Once you have filled out the form and submitted it, you receive an email showing your Ag Form submittal information.
