Just looking for some quick feedback if anyone has gone through a similar situation.
I have a will, but several friends have recommended setting up a trust to avoid probate. My home has a cesspool - legal at the time the permit was finalized. I know that a sale triggers mandatory conversion to a septic system, but does putting my home/property into a trust also do this? I'm just trying to get an idea if this is an idea I should pursue , or just leave things as they are and let my heirs deal with whatever the laws are at the time they inherit .
