So, existing generating capacity (bunker) vs. additional not yet constructed capacity? Yes, LNG is not yet constructed either, but for whatever reason (nighttime capacity?) that’s the proposal. It may not be the ideal, the ideal which you and I could live with, but many people would struggle adjusting their power use to sun and wind conditions.
