You probably know the folks down that way better than most.  Do you know if Leila speaks for the entire fishing community or a majority, that Pohoiki is the best location for a fishing boat ramp?  Is it because of the history, or proximity for a majority of the fishermen, or is it better than Ka’akepa for them? Why was Ka’akepa proposed as an alternative?
