KathyH, what makes you think Wa'a Wa'a is any safer that any other subdivision like Orchidland? It's my opinon that "rip offs" tend to like a secluded area more for their crimes, especially where aggreaviated assault in involved. Plus, if your're set on moving there I'd strongly re-consider getting a dog[s]. If your son is in party mode, or anybody is for that matter who has plenty of people coming over to the house trouble is sure to follow.

Puna police have the mentality of "outta sight, outta mind"!
