Thanks for the reply. I don't think it was a matter of you not calling me back. If I remember I think you had just changed offices and the fellow I talked to at your old office was very adamant that he give me your new number/cell#?
This was a Friday evening and there were several agents sitting around the office kinda razzing me. I told the guy (prime minister) that he sounded very ethical and all I wanted was to have someone put me on a prospect email. Again, he pointed out that you could do that.
LOL.. so I told him that he could put me on an update for condos and land, as well, I told him that I'd meet with you both when/if I arrived and choose the one that best fit me, for a buyers agent. So you're still in the picture. The reason for this long post is, to be honest with you, I was impressed that he didn't try to steal me away from you. The stories I've heard are that it's very competitive there.
Sooo... that's where we are and that's how we got there. I am looking at two lots that are side by side on Rd 7. But i think 50K is a bit hi. And as you mentioned I will have to look at the road etc.. After I look with one of you and you/I get to know more what I want (Rd.,area, etc etc..) If I don't find something in my first visit I might do some thing sight unseen. Of course I may have to get the opinions of some of these good punatics. Sorry for the ramble. Aloha, dave
