what do you think of the Kehena area?

its a great area with good views and friendly neighbors...the down side is smaller 1/2 acre lots, higher prices...you might have to import water during the dry spells depending on how large your tank is...also got to import soil if you want to grow things...its a trek if you go to pahoa or hilo...pricey on gas, if you have to go to town alot.
