So what kind of programs exist here to rehabilitate, outreach, etc? With such a huge drug problem seems like another approach may be one solution. I know that BISAC (BISAP?)...state run substance abuse program...is one place, but that's in Hilo, and there's a lot of people out there. Is there a substance abuse program in effect in Pahoa, Rob?
Also, just an aside - Brad you know I love ya but I think we can protect ourselves without becoming "The Omega Man." LOL! (Kewl movie, though.)
