Whoa! You certainly should have a copy of the CC&R's of your subdivision! (If not, check with your association or their web site for a copy.) Flat roof won't work if you are on catchment but they are not very popular here anyway. I know one builder who only builds unique homes (just finished one in Keoupu Hights.) Chuck Lipps 345-5538.
