I recommend you work with an experienced arborist if there is even a remote risk of property damage, traffic disruption, or injury.
I recommend Da Puna Pruna (808) 965-6464. We've used his services several times and have been happy with his work and pricing.
He does not have a chipper but can have one brought in. Chipping the logs on site can provide you with a nice mound of mulch that can eventually be used. One thing to consider is that freshly cut albizia will emit an odor that can be offensive for a few days/weeks.
