Garden Exchange and Paradise Plants have tuberose bulbs when they have the gladiolus bulbs. Late spring, generally, I think it is. They may also bring some in pretty soon with the amaryllis and paperwhite narcissus bulbs for winter "forcing". (It's a mainland thing.)
Tuberose likes dryer weather than many places on this island so growing it in a pot where you can regulate the amount of rain it gets is a good thing. Good drainage and they like sun if you are putting them out in the yard.
