Pastry Chef in Puna - Hilo/Pohoa

It's great to see all of the responses! I thank everyone for their input but to clarify one thing, we have been coming over to the BI for several year with much time spent in Hilo and we are pretty familiar with Pahoa. My initial idea was to create samples, take them to Makuu Farmer's Market and possibly secure orders from there. More cheesecakes and such. Wedding cakes probably be by word of mouth. RB is my partner and we hope to have our house finished next year so we will
be living in Orchidland. Just looking to see what potential there might be for this type of art.
