I used to have one that would do it for me for $15/hour with a 4 hour minimum (plus GE). I may have been getting a discount since I also used her for a number of pre-closing cleanups, so she got a good amount of business from me, and I provided all the cleaning materials. To me, $20 an hour sounds reasonable for a one-time clean-up. If it were an on-going thing, then I might ask for a "volume discount".
Edited to add: this was a couple of years ago, I would not be surprised if prices were higher, what with the higher gas prices and all. I think $20 an hour is reasonable if all you have to provide is access to the property and she does the rest (including all materials).
