I guess Punaweb is now considered a "Local Source" to the West Hawaii Tribune!
In Todays Paper it states the following....

The state Department of Agriculture is now accepting applications for the National Organic Certification Program, which reimburses organic farmers and handlers for a portion of the cost of obtaining organic certification from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.....
