Yes, once you turn down our streets in Hawaiian Shores Recreational Estates, there is a white line after the first lot usually...then the roads are paved nicely and you can tell you're in a different subdivision.

We have CC&R's which we've never had before. The water is great-tasting and they charge us $25 a month at this point and it's unlimited. No parking allowed on any of the easements. They come around and mow the grass on all the easements regularly. There's a nice pool and park with tennis courts and BBQ facilities. Cable and Mail Delivery are a plus here. No chickens or roosters (which I really want) are allowed here...no goats or anything except your dogs, cats and fish-pets LOL.
