Keaau Service is good. I had an emergency one time (water ran out in the afternoon -- family arriving for a visit the next morning) and they were completely booked. I got K & T Water Hauling to do an emergency "after normal working hours" delivery (their number is 982-6200). I paid a little more for it, but they were there at 6pm on a Saturday saving my butt (and I do mean only a "little" more -- like $20). I did tip HEAVILY though to show the driver how much I appreciated him doing that for me.

I've also heard good things about ACR, although I personally have never used them.
