] I have several friends who bought land in Puna, some without even seeing it in person and relying on outside information and research. I bought land in Fiji 10 years ago after being there for just two weeks and I bought a condo in Taiwan on my second trip there. In the Information Age everything is out there with the Internet Technology and individual recommendation or influence is just an added bonus. Just remember, "Those who don't risk at all risk the most."
