It's a nice thought, however, with average parking rates at hotels in Waikiki going for $25.00 a night (for people who are staying at the hotels) I doubt my new owner would pay for all of us tenants to do that.

Want to see a funny video? This guy looks for parking in Waikiki for 10 minutes on a MOTORCYCLE and he still can't find parking. End's up having to pay $6.00 for a two hour show.
