Hi kani!
I've been a "lurker" on Punaweb for a long time and join in occasionally...this is a great forum and I enjoy keeping up with the latest from folks who live in/own property in Puna.
That said, I figure that the two John s (Jon s?) have the bases covered here for the most part from an RE agent's perspective! I have lots of friends who live in Puna, but I actually live in Hilo, so most of my observations are either work related...or things I shouldn't necessarily disclose in public!! [

Good to "virtually" see you here, though--it's a great place for info and for getting to know your future neighbors!
