One way a person can gain access to your property is to act nice and welcoming to you at the same time casing your place. Spooky when someone comes under the guise of "aloha" and baring food only to return at a later date when you are gone. I was wondering why my dogs who bark at everything, would not bark at this new guy who kept visiting my place unannounced and uninvited. My husband and I finally figured out that rippers will feed your dogs treats to get the dogs to like them. When the rippers return to steal from you, your dogs get excited because they anticipate treats from them.
