Arrrgh! No more happy dance.

Today, a client (and fellow Punawebber) got an offer on their house today. I won't say who it is (confidentiality, you know) but I am really happy for them.[] And its a GOOD offer.

These have been dream clients to begin with -- priced well from the beginning (although a recent price drop was a crucial factor in getting this offer. The house was immaculate for every showing. While we chose not to go the lockbox route (due to pets) they really worked hard to make the house readily available for showings even on short notice.

Tomorrow morning, I will open escrow and flag the property as "contingent" in the MLS. And while I have helped many buyers and sellers with properties, I can honestly say that when I do that tomorrow, I will be the happiest I have ever been doing that. Well, not the happiest I've been in my life, but it will definitely be a huge real estate happy. These people need this to happpen, and it looks like it will. Have I mentioned its a really good offer?
