Council to Decide on Plastic Bags for Big Island

I hate it when I buy a really small product and I have to hack away at a plastic package that is tougher, more massive and durable than the actual product.

I told my wife the other day that I am going to throw that garbage away at the store when I get it.

Eventually I'd like to only accept packaging etc that I can compost.
