Our Councilwoman in the news - again

I've personally had some good conversations with Kale Gumapac, and I think he would make a great choice for our next councilor. What made me start to notice him is that I kept running into him at meeting and events speaking out for stuff that concerns me a lot, like environmental and cultural issues, and positive, sane development in Puna. Like Angel Pilago, he has actively supported these issues for a while, so I beleive it's a matter of true personal conviction, rather than just a way to look good close to election time. James, I respect your opinion and I know you have some perspective from your work with the wheelabrator issue. (Thanks again - by the way). I'm still gathering info and watching all the candidates for this race, and I'm looking forward to the forum on the 19th.
