After 26 years with GEICO, I recently switched to Liberty Mutual.

GEICO jacked my rates after I had an encounter with another car in Luquin's parking lot (literally, the damage to my car was a scratch on the rear bumber -- we both backed up at the same time and were directly across from each other).

I was disgusted by this DOUBLING of my rate despite never having had an accident in 20 years and switched.
