Our Councilwoman in the news - again
#19
In the previous posts, there seems some folks who replied to this post do not really know Kale Gumapac and the accomplishments he has done in the last two years for the Big Island through his work with the Kanaka Council. The work through the Kanaka Council dealt with major issues that were either overlooked or not considered by other major island organizations including Hawai'i County. His track record when tackling these issues have been successful for the betterment of the community. The Kanaka Council is purely volunteer position with zero pay. All it takes is passion and commitment.

Mr. Gumapac is also a successful selfmade businessman. He is passionate and committed. These traits will also be carried on as he is elected as the Councilman for District 5. We need a strong compassionate, caring Councilman, who can stand on his own and not be swayed by outside interest groups. His record stands by itself. How many individuals who sought public office have had previous experience before assuming office? Sometimes it is better to elect one who is concerned for the community than one who has been tainted by experience and other interests. Kale thus far is the best candidate for District 5. The other candidates do not have the successful track record of Mr. Gumapac.
