What I basically meant is that they are a Private School and don't rely upon public funds so they don't have to be accountable with their spending to the STATE of TEXAS the way that say UH has to be Accountable to us Tax Payers.
Therefore, there are many more perks by being there... Unlimited recruiting ability... Jones asks for something from the University.... say for example.... a private jet.... well the university would make the decision and not the State.
