Jay's Island Fresh Cuisine just opened at the old Nichols pub in Hilo. We dropped in to check around after visiting Grapes for some vino. The place looks great. The menu looks interesting (akin to Hilo Bay Cafe's).

We plan to try it soon and will report our experience.

BTW - Grapes is a nice place for wine. The prices are very reasonable and the selection is great.
