There probably are... I don't keep any on hand though. It's not that complicated a subject. The framing would be essentially the same with three differences. Steel instead of wood, screws instead of nails and the ability to construct various beams and girders sizes on site from smaller pieces.

I have a client on Maui doing one right now. The floor framing was, for this owner builder, something that went smoothly with minimal to no discussion.
