It may not be necessary for proponents of Hawaiian independence to chase it. It might just come to them.
Anybody recall the rapid collapse of the Soviet Union? It failed, IMHO, due to a betrayal of their goals plus general greed and corruption.
Anyone see any parallels? The U.S. is no less impervious to willful mismanagement, greed and betrayal by our leaders. The die may already be cast. The U.S. needs to change course fast or we may also be heading for the rocks.
Don't mistake this POV to be a "wish for", I'm merely watching the wheels go by without benefit of rose colored glasses.
